Hmmm, seafoods...so I wanna share with you one of my favourite dishes which I made me'self, har, har, har ! it's quite easy to cook as long as you don't mind the stinky smell while cleaning these tubular beauties, eh ?( perhaps you should wear gloves...) alrighty matey, are you ready ?
INGREDIENTS:
1-2 kgs. squid
olive oil, butter
chopped tomatoes, 4pcs.
minced garlic and onions
1/4 c vinegar
2 tbsp. worcestershire
green chilies
soy sauce, 1/2 cup
rock salt
300 gms. cream
HOW TO:
1. Thoroughly clean squids inside and out- scrape off the pinkish film outside the squid with a knife and get rid of all the innards, cut into rings.
2. Heat wok, melt butter and add the olive oil. Saute garlic, onion, and then the tomatoes.
3. Add soy sauce, chilies, 1/4 cup vinegar, then add the squid rings.
4. Turn heat up a notch, and continue cooking until the liquid has reduced by half.
5. Pour in the cream and season to taste. Add chili powder if you think it's not hot enough, ok ?
6. Simmer until the sauce has thickened and serve with hot rice.
YUMMMMMM......
