" LA PASTA SERIES "


Pasta No. 3

Gnocchi Formaggio


INGREDIENTS:


potato gnocchi, 500 gms.

fresh cream 500 ml.

blue cheese, 150 gms.

walnuts, food processed

shaved parmiggiano


HOW TO :


1. Simmer cream in a shallow saucepan til bubbly.

2. Break the blue cheese into pieces and add to the cream, let thicken (still over low heat ).

3. In the meantime- cook gnocchi according to packet directions then add to the thickened sauce.

4. Add about 1/2 cup walnuts.

5. Serve immediately with shaved parmesan and garlic bread on the side.


EASY PEASY!
