Peanut Butter Fudge Brownie

This is for all peanut butter lovers out there, me included! I just adore chocolate- peanut butter combination and so when I discovered this recipe I thought I HAVE to try it out...
and as I am wont to do- I did tweaked the recipe a wee bit to suit my tastebuds. This brownie is dark, moist, chewy and nutty- and that's the way I like 'em !
It's a winner (I promise!!!) so do try it out :)

INGREDIENTS:

3/4 c of butter/margarine, melted
2 c sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs
3/4 c cocoa
1 c flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. coffee powder/granules
1/2 c baking chocolate, chopped
dash of salt
3 tbsp. full peanut butter
3/4 c roasted walnuts
another 2 tbsp. peanut butter, microwaved for about 30 sec. for the purpose of marbling the top of batter

HOW TO:

1. Preheat oven to 180 deg. Over low heat, in a saucepan melt butter.
2. Add sugar, vanilla and remove from heat- then crack in the eggs one at a time, whisk briskly after each addition.
3. After you've added the eggs, put it back over the fire (still on low heat), and add chopped/button chocolates. When chocolate has melted, turn off heat.
4. Alternately add cocoa and flour to the batter.
5. Add in the baking powder, coffee, walnuts and 3 tbsp. of peanut butter. Blend well.
6. Cover bottom and sides of pan with tin foil and pour the brownie batter.
7. Microwave 2 tbsp. peanut butter and swirl over the top of the batter, creating a marble effect.

Bake until center is set (about 35-40 minutes).

Cool, cut into squares and enjoy :) I'm sure you will...
