Spicy Prawn Gambas

I looove seafood so I jazzed up a batch of shrimps the way I like it...here is my version of the classic prawn Gambas. Its spicy, delectable and oooh so yummy! Want to impress friends, guests and your loved ones? try this its VERY SIMPLE to make. Head for the kitchen now!!!!

INGREDIENTS:

1 kg. or more prawns marinate in:
1/2 cup worcestershire
1-2 tbsp. lemon juice
salt1 tsp.
chili powder 2 tbsp.
garlic powder 2 tbsp.

olive oil, butter
sliced mushrooms

PROCEDURE:

1. Prepare prawns: shell, except for the last bit and tail. Make a shallow cut on the anterior body similar to de veining.
2. Marinate for an hour or more. ( the longer the better... )
3. Over medium heat in a skillet, add olive oil and butter, ( make sure you dont burn your butter! ).
4. Add prawns and cook for about 5 minutes, adding olive oil and butter every now and then, to avoid drying out.
5. Once prawn has curled, add your mushrooms and cook for 2 minutes ONLY when using fresh ones so it wont discolor and wilt and will just cook with the heat. But if you are using canned, just add them last.
6. Serve with steaming rice.

TOLD YOU ITS SIMPLE!
